Availability
Visits are available in the afternoon/evening on Tuesdays. You may book an appointment by following the Book Appointment Link. If you feel you need an earlier appointment than what is available on the link below then use the Contact page to send me a message. I usually have other options available for those with more urgent needs.
You MUST complete an FAA MedXPress (medxpress.faa.gov) questionnaire prior to EVERY FAA Medical exam. Please complete the process and bring your confirmation number with you to the visit.
